Every client's
GST returns, TDS statements, ROC filings, payroll runs, books
on one ledger.

LekhSahay reads every bill, reconciles every register and lines up every deadline across your clients — then waits for a professional to sign. AI proposes. You approve.

The problem

Six tools, and the truth in none of them.

A practice runs on copies: the same invoice typed into the books, the register, the return and the reminder. Every copy is a place for the numbers to drift.

  • Tally for the books
  • Excel for the 2B match
  • A portal tab per client
  • WhatsApp groups for documents
  • A diary for deadlines
  • Email for approvals

The answer

One ledger for every client.

  • An approval writes the register line and the voucher together
  • Returns are assembled from the entries — never retyped
  • Deadlines come from events: a director appointed creates its DIR-12
  • Clients send documents to the same place the books live

How it works

From a client's photo to a signed return.

Five steps, every month, for every client. LekhSahay does the reading, typing and matching — you make the decisions.

Every bill lands in one place

Clients send documents however they like. LekhSahay gathers them into one inbox per client — no chasing files across WhatsApp, email and pen drives.

Inside the practice

Every suite, one ledger.

Payroll that posts itself

EPF, ESI, PT and salary TDS from versioned tables; approval writes one voucher and Form 130 follows.

Deadlines derived

From events and the calendar — never a diary somebody maintains.

A portal for every client

Their own sign-in: what you still need, and a place to send it.

Good morning, Suresh.

2 things to send

Drop files here

Run by people, not a black box

A separate platform console for operations — firms' books are never reachable from it.

Firms Sentinel quality API keys

The doctrine

AI proposes. You approve.

The model reads. Rules check. A named professional signs. Nothing is filed, posted or sent on a model's say-so — that is how the pipeline is built, not a setting.

Who it is for

Built for the whole firm.

Partners

The whole practice, on one morning page

  • Late, due and at-risk across every client
  • The signature queue — nothing filed without you
  • Partner Copilot answers from your own books

Managers

Work routed by risk, not by who shouted

  • Senior review for high value or low confidence
  • Sentinel findings with owners and deadlines
  • Bulk follow-ups that stop on their own

Accountants

Approving instead of retyping

  • Bills read, checked and proposed
  • Registers and vouchers written together
  • Reconciliations that explain themselves

Clients

One place to send everything

  • Their own sign-in to a client portal
  • See exactly what the firm still needs
  • WhatsApp a photo — it lands in the books

Security

Your clients' data is yours.

Isolation at the database, encryption per firm, and an audit trail that cannot be edited — by design rather than by policy.

Isolation the app cannot bypass

Row-level security at the database engine: a firm's rows are invisible to every other firm even if application code were wrong.

Encrypted at rest, per firm

Each document sits under a key derived for that firm alone — the same file from two firms yields two unrelated ciphertexts.

An audit trail nobody can edit

Every change writes an immutable event: who, what, when, from where. No endpoint exists to alter or delete one.

A signature ceiling in the pipeline

Statutory filings require a named human approval — not a setting an administrator can lower, but how the system is built.

Pricing

Questions

What CAs ask first.

No, and this is not configurable. A named professional approves before anything is transmitted, and the portal's own acknowledgement is the only accepted proof of filing.

Yes, at the database engine — row-level security the application cannot bypass, and per-firm encryption at rest. What LekhSahay learns about your counterparties never crosses to another firm.

Never. Every number that reaches a return is computed by deterministic engines; the model only reads documents, and its reading is rejected if the arithmetic does not close.

Yes. From Tax Year 2026-27 TDS statements are Forms 138, 140 and 144 and the salary certificate is Form 130; earlier years keep 24Q, 26Q and 27Q.

One document put through the AI reader. It counts when the reading happens. When the month's allowance is used, nothing already read is taken away — only new readings pause until it resets.

No setup needed. Reminders go through Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform from LekhSahay's verified number, and every message opens with your firm's name. Clients reply with photos or PDFs and they land in your documents. Only clients who agreed are messaged, anyone can reply STOP, and replies to a client who wrote to you are free and unlimited.

Everything, for seven days — every suite, every client you load and fifty document readings, with no card. Your books stay yours and readable after it ends.

Load one real client. See if it agrees.

Seven days of every suite, no card. Your books stay yours whatever you decide.
