Refund & cancellation policy

Try before you pay

Every firm starts with a free trial with every feature switched on, so you can decide before paying. No card is needed to start it.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from Plan & billing in the console (or write to zelriontech@gmail.com). Your subscription stops renewing, and you keep full access until the end of the period already paid for. After that your data stays readable and you can still download a complete export.

Refunds

• Monthly plans: payments are not refunded for a month that has started.
• Yearly plans: if you cancel within 14 days of the first yearly payment, we refund it in full. After that, the year runs to its end and is not refunded pro rata.
• Charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged the wrong amount: refunded in full, whenever you tell us.
• If we materially fail to provide the service for a period, we credit or refund that period.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, normally within 5–7 working days of approval. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.

Delivery

LekhSahay is software delivered online. There is nothing shipped; access is available immediately after sign-up or payment.
